Premium hand tool manufacturer Stahlwille has developed the TCS 'Tool Control System' to meet the most extreme safety requirements, primarily in the aviation industry. Based on the TCS, Stahlwille develops tailor-made solutions to ensure a high level of quality and safety in the process of its customers.
In order to avoid damage caused by forgotten objects, following an intervention on an aircraft or subset, or following a maintenance or assembly operation, Stahlwille's TCS system guarantees, through rapid visual control, the reintegration of all tools.
TCS meets, of course, the requirements of the Aviation Standard FOD (Foreign Object Damage). The system is also resistant to Skydrol, a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid that is highly corrosive and frequently used in aeronautics. It should be noted that all Stahlwille tools are free of cadnium and are therefore suitable for work on titanium alloy parts as well as titanium fitting elements.
With the TCS system, the tools are stored in chemical-resistant safety trays with high-precision three-dimensional cutouts. Yellow alert! One look is enough to check that all the tools are there: a yellow location means that a tool is missing. TCS allows for structured storage and is a quick profitable investment compared to the loss of tools and the speed to find them.
