The new ALMEMO 2490 measuring instrument is a high-end model for measuring different air and gas flows. A range of propellers, thermal anemometers (hot films) and Pitot tubes are available, offering a speed measurement range of between 0.05 and 90 m/s. The high-quality measurement technique offers one of the best possible precisions on the market. In addition, our measurement instruments can be provided with a calibration certificate if necessary. In particular, when measuring suction hoods (Sorbonne) in laboratories or standard requires high accuracy (0.025m/s). The equipment also offers excellent results when used in air conditioning and ventilation. The ALMEMO 2490 is particularly suitable for energy consultants because the capabilities of the device can be extended with the use of other types of sensors (garce to ALMEMO connectors equipped with an EEPROM) for the measurement of air humidity, temperature in buildings. If the instrument is used to measure radiant heat, then the measurements will comply with DIN 1946. An optional data transfer cable to PC is available and AMR Control software can be used for further analysis of the measured data.
