Mark-10 Series 7 digital dynamometers are designed with a number of sophisticated features for the most demanding traction and compression measurement applications. With a measurement range of up to 250 kgF (2500N), and a measurement frequency of 14,000 Hz, the series 7 dynamometer is one of the few professional dynamometers on the market if not the only one to offer these features. This decision by Mark-10 Wimesure's partner to release this high-performance product comes from the fact that its customers were looking for a measuring instrument producing reliable results for extremely fast test actions.
The accuracy is ± 0.1% ± 1 digit on the screen and the resolution of 1/5000. With a large backlit display, the screen is very readable. Simple and intuitive, the navigation menu provides quick access to the dynamometer's many configurable features and settings. USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic) and analog outputs allow data to be transferred to a PC or other PLC data collector.
Mark-10's Series 7 dynamometer has the same features as the 5-series with several new features such as: continuous recording of measured data, with a storage capacity of 5000 values with an acquisition frequency of 14,000 Hz. With a series 7, you can now measure, record and analyze even more detail all the phenomena that occur during your tests, even in very strict sectors of activity such as forensics for example. It also has a Footswitch function, a break detection function and the detection of a first or second peak value. In addition, to improve your productivity, transfer, data storage is automatic, and reset functions when breaking detection is completed are available. Series 7 Force Gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test benches, including the ESM301, to enable functions such as crash testing, traction testing, compression testing, dynamic load maintenance, PC control capability, and many other applications.

Features:
High-frequency sampling 14,000 Hz
Continuous recording of measured values, up to 5000 measurement points
USB interfaces, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs
Sample failure detection with automatic functions, including stopping motion on the ESM301 test bench (L)
Detection of the 1st / 2nd crest value
Automatic storage/zeroing data output at various events
5 units of measurement, as well as the friction coefficient, and a user-defined unit with the name of the configurable unit
Programmable command chain (footswitch)
Programmable deposit points, with indicators and results
Average mode - calculates the average reading over time
External trigger mode - to test switch contact or remotely stop display update
Password, configurable for each key and calibration
3-year warranty

Applications:
Ergonomics studies (e.g. forensics), analysis of an operator's spots and muscle strengths
Sports medicine applications
Applications or rapid phenomena occur, requiring continuous recording of measured values
Break-up tests
