Metrohm is proposing today the new analyzer Karl Fischer 875 KF Gas Analyzer to determine fully automated water content in liquefied gases.
The KF Gaz Analyzer has a robust construction and a great simplicity of use thanks to the control by the tiamo software with a strict separation between the system integrating the vector gas and the electronic part of the module.
In this new 875 KF Gaz Analyzer module, Metrohm combines its experience in online analysis and Karl Fischer titling. Thanks to the use of coulometry, it is possible to reliably and accurately detect particularly low water levels. The system is designed to withstand a pressure of 40 bars. The ProcessLab Gaz Analyzer not only has a full-body liquefied gas evaporator, but also an online filter to remove particles and an oil filter. The measurement of gas flow is provided by a mass flow controller. Magnetic valves controlled by the software guarantee a completely automatic measurement.
The ProcessLab Gaz Analyzer comes with pre-installed methods; The user can therefore work immediately after the physical installation of the equipment. Typical applications include water measurement in propane, propene, LPG, butane, butene, ethylene oxide and dimethylether. In addition, it is also possible to measure water in permanent gases and other liquefied gases.
