It was Pierre Agullo, Quality and Innovation Director at La Poste Courrier, and Chairman of the EFQM Strategic Orientation Committee, who awarded Urs Endress, President of Endress + Hauser France, his CE2 EFQM diploma. The latter recognizes the company's commitment to excellence. A first in the French industrial world.
The Swiss group is in fact committed to a continuous improvement approach taken to its extreme by recognizing the validity and relevance of the EFQM model. Conversely, the EFQM model, “a management system of excellence” according to Pierre Agullo, recognizes that the company is progressing and conveys the notions of sharing and learning.
