The official results of the 2013 Enova Paris trade show (Mesurexpovision, Opto, Carrefour de l'Electronique and RF & Hyper) are in. They announced 457 exhibitors, 5,961 professionals (up +5 % on the previous edition) from research and industry, nearly 800 registrants at the International Metrology Congress and 100 participants at the Francophone Congress on Optical Fiber Applications. For 3 days, the event enjoyed a positive business climate, combining business, quality and conviviality.
There was no disappointment in the aisles at the close of this year's event, which, according to exhibitors' testimonials, was characterized as a "business" year, with orders in the production sector in particular.
Among the many highlights, the International Congress of Metrology (800 participants), the 2nd French-speaking Congress on optical fiber applications (100 participants) and the Business meetings pre-appointment service (nearly 200 appointments made between visitors and exhibitors registered with the service) all contributed to the high quality of the visitors.
Innovation, a real growth driver, was also at the heart of the show with the presentation of the Innovation Trophies, a testament to the richness of the national industrial fabric, the research efforts undertaken by laboratories and the technological creativity demonstrated by exhibitors. Not forgetting the presentation of the Cap'tronic trophies.
Another highlight of this year's ENOVA PARIS was the special focus on embedded and communicating systems.
