With the V-series ScopeCheck and VideoCheck machines, Werth Messtechnik offers multisensor three-dimensional measuring machines to accurately measure revolution parts (tools, trees, gears, etc.). The multisensor concept allows the measurement of gear tooths and other characteristics of asymmetrical parts, such as lubrication holes or control cams.
The image analysis sensor can be combined with other sensors, mechanical sensor, laser and the werth's patented fiber sensor. Image analysis promotes rapid measurements for diameters, contact sensors for dishes or piercings. The laser can be used on tools for strip angles.
All standard attachment systems can be adapted for flexible room taking. Thewobbleerror is compensated by a patented mathematical method to determine the axis of the piece.
The new WinWerth 7.32 measurement software allows for simple and efficient operations. For automatic measurement of tools on the ScopeCheck V, an interface with Numroto, Rollomatic, and Esco is available.
The modular design makes it easy to evolve the machine, even after it has been installed on site.
