The fourth edition of the Innovation Trophies will take place at the Enova Paris exhibition, from 16 to 18 September 2014, Porte de Versailles.
On1 July, a jury, composed of journalists (including the editor-in-chief of the magazine Contrôles Essais Mesures),chaired by Jean-Jacques Aubert of the CEA / Leti, met to examine the products competing for the Enova Paris innovation trophies. 14 of them were identified as contenders for the title of winner, each in their own category.
This year, on the one hand, there is a strong representation of SMEs which, alongside large groups, reinforces the dynamism of the sector and, on the other hand, quality innovations that present in addition to technical innovations, innovations at the application level.
The 2014 Edition of the Innovation Awards recognizes innovations in four categories:
- Quality/Safety/Regulation
- Green / Environment
- Productivity/Profitability
- On-board technology
On the first evening of the show, Tuesday, September 16 at 6:00 p.m., the winners of the Innovation Awards will be announced.
GREEN/ENVIRONMENT CATEGORY
ALPHANOV: Laser composite stripping.
As part of the Perceval project, ALPHANOV has developed a laser process to strip the composite materials of the polymer paints or films that cover them. Unlike chemical processes, it is clean and respectful of the environment and the people who implement it. Stand B7.
OLYMPUS FRANCE: Portable XRF Analyzer: Xpert.
Specializing in NDT, Olympus is pleased to present its new XPERT range of Fluorescence X analyzers, portable and compact, optimized for verifying the compliance of consumer products with the RoHS standard, for the analysis of catalytic pots and precious metals. Stand B41.
PRODUCTIVITY/PROFITABILITY CATEGORY
ACB ENGINEERING: Mobile Sound Viewer.
The mobile sound Viewer© is a brand new product that shows the most
responsible for global noise. Its usefulness is to make it easier to locate noise nuisances in order to facilitate their reductions efficiently. Stand C28.
EXELSIUS: PI.
Pi is a revolution in the 3D inspection of the electronic card, the result of 20 million euros of research and development in France. With fully automated programming, and an image 40 times larger than the competition, IP offers unprecedented ease of use and analytics. Stand M58.
MITUTOYO: MACH KO-GA-ME: MMT concept.
Thanks to its modular design and small footprint, the ultra-fast and automated Mach Ko-Ga-Me is intended to be integrated as a subset providing dimensional control function in a continuous production process or to be used as a stand-alone control station in production. Stand G17.
QUALITY/SAFETY/REGLEED CATEGORY
FT MESURES: Extensive gauge.
A weldable or spitable extensometer on a concrete metal structure... Traction and compression range of use -40 to 250 degrees Celsius. Waterproof at 20 bar. External phenomena have no direct influence on the performance of the system. Stand J18.
PCB PIEZOTRONICS: 9110D portable calibration system.
Aimed at metrology services or maintenance technicians, the 9110D portable system is a durable and robust turnkey field calibrator designed to deliver validation of dynamic sensors directly on site. Stand D48.
PM INSTRUMENTATION: Pressure mapping.
Our capacitive technology is used worldwide in all laboratories and research centers in the tyre industry. Very high-tech, it can map a footprint of light vehicle tires, heavy trucks, agricultural tires and motorcycle tires. Stand J14.
ONBOARD TECHNOLOGY CATEGORY
EMG2: FUSIO II.
High-compact, low-consumption programmable module incorporating a Spartan-6 FPGA, mDDR memory, Flash NOR and 167 decoupling capabilities. All this is miniaturized in a single electronic component (3D module) of only 19 x 19 mm2 fully reconfigurable. Stand L37.
FULLSCALE: M1017.
To speed up the release of your future thermal imaging camera, FullScale has designed and built an innovative electronic circuit, the M1017, which allows the use of the PICO1024 megapixel microbolometer as a simple visible image sensor (only 180mW and 42mm sideways). Stand K38.
NETHIS - NEWTERAHERTZ IMAGINE SYSTEMS: TERATHERM - TERAHERTZ IMAGING SYSTEM.
NeTHIS develops terahtz full-field imaging systems dedicated to non-destructive control of large structures and the measurement of physical properties through opaque insulating materials. Stand B7.
