Environnemebnt S.A (environmental instrumentation), announces the acquisition of 100% of the British company PCME Ltd (particle measurement equipment in industrial environments). The merger of the two companies will enable the Environment S.A. group to offer one of the most comprehensive and technologically advanced offerings to all its customers worldwide, responding to the most stringent current and future industrial regulations.
The alliance of these two entities, which are highly invested in research and development, will result in an acceleration and intensification of new and highly innovative projects.
The industrial project focuses on the respective development of each company in rapidly growing complementary markets, supported by the synergies expected through the group's commercial networks and locations. The two companies, having worked together for several years, know each other well, thus promoting the rapid integration of the two teams, with shared values on innovation, expertise, quality of products and services.
This is the largest transaction since the company's inception.
