HBM expands its QuantumX modular data acquisition platform with an ultra-precise voltage module up to 1000 volts.
Measurement specialist HBM announces the quantumX family's new MX403B module, offering four differential measurement pathways to directly measure electrical voltages up to 1000V. This comprehensive and flexible solution is mainly implemented for both mobile and fixed tests of energy accumulators or complex mecatronic systems.
For maximum safety, the device has significant insulation. The module was designed in accordance with the latest editions of IEC 61010:2013 and has been awarded VDE certification. It offers several freely parameterized 10V, 100 V and 1000 V measurement ranges to measure both high voltages and low differential voltages of high potential relative to the earth.
Each lane has analog anti-aliasing filters, digital filters and 24-bit A/N converters. The module records data at a sampling speed of up to 100 kech/s/way with bandwidth of up to 38 kHz.
The perfect integration of the MX403B module into the QuantumX family allows the HBM system to synchronize mechanical, electrical and thermal sizes as well as digital bus signals. The various QuantumX modules can make real-time measurements via standardized voltage outputs, EtherCAT or CAN. They can also be installed in a decentralized manner.
