A specialist in the measurement of electromagnetic waves, MVG is expanding its range of portable environmental control devices. The new EME Spy 200 integrates the frequencies used by 4G and geolocates in real time the measurements taken in the field.
The EME Spy can measure the level of electromagnetic waves radiated by all communication devices and antennas, view them on screen, record them: a single measurement can obtain a record of all wave frequencies between 80 and 6,000 Mhz, including both FM radio and television, and wireless communications on GSM ,DECT, 2G, 3G, 4G, WiFi, WiMax ...
The EME Spy 200 is associated with new Android-powered software applications that can be accessed while taking measurements from a simplemartphone or tablet. Thus, all measurements carried out in the field by the EME Spy 200 are associated with their geolocated position, allowing a fine analysis of the observed terrain.
The EME Spy 200 is the new version of the device launched 10 years ago by Microwave Vision to measure indoor and outdoor electromagnetic waves. It has already been the subject of a series of innovations, and successive versions. Its users are diverse, cities, government agencies, design offices ....
"Microwave Vision, originally the creator of antenna measurement tools for mobile phone and radar manufacturers, has been declining its technological mastery of environmental control for the past 10 years. It is a booming market driven by the Legislature, which tends to impose standards to reduce exposure to electromagnetic waves in public spaces or in workspaces. For us, it is therefore an axis of development for the future," explains Philippe GARreau, President of the Microwave Vision Group.
