A little over 3 months after the official announcement of the sale of its activity by Airbus Group, Spherea, ex-Cassidian Test & Services, has just appointed its new administrative and financial director: Claire Dubois-Berger.
A graduate of ESCP Paris, a DEA MSG in applied mathematics and accounting expertise, Claire Dubois-Berger, reports directly to Christian Dabasse, CEO and president of SPherea. Responsible primarily for the financial integration and consolidation of the new group following the entry into the capital of ACE Management and IRDI, the new DAF will provide its in-depth expertise in mergers and acquisitions and the integration of 'activities.
Claire Dubois Berger, 49, has a solid career in managing strategic projects within large groups. Starting her career in Paris at Arthur Andersen, she subsequently held the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Chorus Tours, Head of the Financial Studies and Assessments Department of the Alcatel Alsthom group, Group Controller and Chief Financial Officer in the space and military branch of the Alcatel group. In particular, in 1997, she co-piloted the sale to Thalès of the Defense branch of Alcatel Radio, Space & Defense. Between 2002 and 2011, she joined GLS France as CFO then Deputy Managing Director before returning to the world of SMEs within the Franco-German industrial group H-VMI (automotive equipment manufacturers). A predominantly international career that comes as no surprise for this Germanophile passionate about Anglo-Saxon culture.
