Precia Molen announces that it has completed the 100% acquisition of Le Barbier SAS and Le Barbier SAS and its subsidiaries, specialists in industrial and commercial weighing whose agencies are located in Le Havre, Rouen, Dieppe, Paris and Lille.
These family-owned companies, which have been present in our markets for more than 50 years, key players in weighing in the north-west of France and the Paris region, generate an annual turnover of just over four million euros per year in the service and sale of weighing equipment. They will be immediately integrated into the Group's service branch in France (Precia Molen Service) and consolidated from January 2015.
This acquisition improves the territorial network of Precia Molen Service and will allow current customers of Le Barbier companies to benefit from direct access to the services and products of the Precia Molen Group.
