In the Emitech Group's industrial project, Dirac Technology joins the Emitech group. This acquisition confirms the desire to position itself on high-tech services in the field of mechanical and vibration testing in the logical continuation of the integration of Environne'Tech in 2012. Dirac Technology, located in Dourdan (91), was founded in 2003 by Thierry Biolchini and is now a reference in high-tech vibration testing. A doctor of mechanics, Thierry Biolchini began his career in digital simulation in structural dynamics and worked successively with Alstom, Cetim and Sopemea.
Becoming its 4th subsidiary, Dirac Technology allows Emitech to offer a pool of skills and testing resources rarely equalled at European level in the various fields of environmental testing (in electromagnetic compatibility with its 40 faraday cages, its strong field and lightning means and in qualification with 80 climatic speakers, 40 electrodynamic excitators...). Now with more than 300 employees and with a forecast 2015 turnover of more than 30 million euros, the Emitech Group consolidates its position as a leader in environmental testing and complementary services.
The arrival of Dirac Technology offers new opportunities for growth and strengthening mechanical engineering services upstream and downstream of testing. Thierry Biolchini continues to support the laboratory and joins the Group's technical management, in charge of research and development.
For Dirac Technology, the choice of Emitech and its CEO Matthieu Cognet as its taker is a guarantee for the development of its activities. Indeed, the investment policy (15% of its expected turnover in 2015) and its industrial vision are all guarantees for Dirac and its employees as evidenced by the successful development of entities that have become Emitech or remain subsidiaries (Eurocem, AEMC Measurements, Cetram, Gyl Technologies, Adetests, Environne'tech).
