The radiation path of a laser that does not emit in the visible range can be checked using detection cards. They are ready for immediate use and do not need to be activated or optically charged.
The maps for wavelengths from 1.5µm to 5µm and from 5µm to 20µm are new; they can locate the beam path of Hol:YAG, Er:YAG, and CO2for example.
Laser Components has two versions available for these two wavelength ranges:
- The high-power versions have an active area of 40 mm x 52 mm and can be used with laser power up to 120 W/cm² and 50 W/cm².
- The high-power/low-power versions have two 40 mm x 25 mm active sectors integrated into the converter board. The power accepted by the low-power side is 8 W/cm², and the power on the high-power side is identical to that of the high-power version above.
