Mettler toledo's Intelligent Sensor Management technology offers the world's first sensors capable of assimilating information. Advanced algorithms allow probes to assimilate treatment conditions in less than a day.
When measuring systems are used for industrial analysis in production, the big question is when to maintain pH electrodes and whether they are likely to fail unexpectedly. To answer this question, Mettler toledo offers its Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology associated with "Learn Probes."
ISM is a digital platform for analytical probes, designed to improve process reliability, simplify sensor handling and limit maintenance. It is based on a series of advanced algorithms that continuously monitor the probe's "health status" and provide diagnostic tools to predict future maintenance interventions and when the probe will no longer be reliable.
Launched in 2015, the new ISM algorithms allow pH electrodes to learn the real-world conditions of a process. The technology of learning probes allows health diagnostics of probes more accurate and faster than previous versions, while improving the consistency of information on the lifespan of probes.
iSense software is a support and maintenance tool for ISM probes. When an ISM probe is connected to a PC running this software, all relevant data is displayed on the iMonitor screen through a simple color code, allowing a very rapid evaluation of the electrode. When an ISM probe is connected to a PC running this software, all relevant data is displayed on the iMonitor screen through a simple color code, allowing a very rapid evaluation of the electrode. The latest version of the iSense software has features such as the transfer of data from applications between sensors, in order to offer the best possible guarantee of sensor performance from the first installation.
For the pharmaceutical industry, there is a version of iSense that complies with Standard 21 CFR Part 11, which improves the security of electronic documentation.
