The Olympus range includes the new Iplex GX/GT videoscope offering high image quality, robustness and versatility to meet all your endoscopic inspection needs. The Iplex GX/GT features an 8" touch screen, Olympus TrueFeel articulation, new, brighter LED sources and the ability to interchange probes of different configurations in length or diameter.
Thanks to its rugged design meeting the requirements of American standards (MIL-STD) and its IP65 protection rating, the Iplex GX/GT is positioned as a videoscope for the field. Olympus now offers oil-dispersion lenses as standard, so your image is always in focus. The IPLEX GX/GT has been designed to evolve within your professional environment, whether you're working in difficult conditions or in high-speed production.
The Iplex GX/GT is equipped with a new LED light source with the PulsarPicThe latest generation of CCD sensors and a high-performance image processor. These features are your guarantee of image quality. With the upgrade to the GX version, you'll be able to fine-tune your image parameters with greater precision, by modifying contrast, gain or saturation levels. You can also go one step further by upgrading to stereo metering to size any defects you detect. Video recording is now performed at 60 frames per second, so there's no more latency during playback. By adding a micro SD card to your IPLEX GT/GX videoscope, you can keep a continuous record of the last 30 minutes of your inspection, so you don't have to start again if you forget to record an image. By connecting a WiFi dongle to the device, you can share your image live on the IPLEX iShare application available on the AppStore.
In addition, the "TrueFeel" joystick probe control maintains greater sensitivity while reducing mechanical effort, offering ultra-sensitive articulation in four directions with an increased degree of orientation. The "TrueFeel" design also maximizes the comfort and ease of use of the control buttons and joystick, even over long periods of use.
Thanks to the integration of Iplex GTThe probe can now be disconnected from the device. The original probe can be replaced by a probe of the same configuration in a matter of moments. In a fast-paced production environment, you'll reduce your videoscope's downtime if you have a replacement probe. By upgrading to the Iplex GX, you can connect the probe configuration you need to complete your inspection and extend its scope. The new LED modules are also interchangeable: Olympus offers you a choice of White LED, UV LED or infrared LED to suit your needs. With the IPLEX GX/GT, you can meet all your endoscopic inspection needs, thanks to its interchangeable probes and light sources.
When inspections are complete, archiving and reporting are handled by the Iplex GX/GT. Operators can quickly view captured images and assign names directly from the control unit. Olympus InHelp data management and reporting software saves images in folders organized by inspection area, so that the right image is easy to find. On-screen instructions enable inspectors to easily add comments and notes on specific images. In the office, recorded images can be displayed on a PC, complete with comments and measurement information. The software can also generate customizable report templates containing all the information required for proper inspection recording and archiving.
