A 100-degree aperture angle of a technical endoscope with a fish-eyed perspective allows for quick and efficient check of the absence of smudges and dirt on the entire pipe as well as the underside.
During inspection, the finest dirt and smudges should be detected on cross-drilling. The same is true of the absence of smudges on the underside of the drive shaft. This process works in fully automatic laminated load, so you need to use expertise at a glance of the inner surface of the drive shaft. This expertise is perfectly carried out by an Eltrotec SKF-D endoscope with an aperture angle of 100 degrees, with a so-called fish-eyed perspective. An endoscope performs two control tasks during a work report. A USB camera photographs three locations that are memorized. Memorized images are easily expertized on a screen. This 100% inspection is well integrated in laminate mode.
