The new Datapaq TP3 data recorder provides more measurement channels and connectivity options, as well as increased ease of use for profile creation and safety assessments in high-temperature thermal treatment applications. With an accuracy of ±0.3 degrees Celsius, this all-new recorder meets the strictest requirements. "We have been working on the launch of this product for two years," says Elie El Choueiry, Product Manager Industrial Fours at Datapaq Ltd., Cambridge, UK. "Compared to our previous TPAQ21 heat treatment solution, the new DATAPAQ TP3 provides even more detailed information on high temperature processes. It is more durable and includes many new features, such as Bluetooth connectivity, TUS-certified capacity for AMS 2750E and CQI-9, built-in correction and calibration features, and great charging flexibility with multiple battery options. »
The new range includes 20 and 10-channel recorders capable of storing up to 3.6 million data points. A recorder can perform up to 10 sets of measurements before the data needs to be downloaded. Thermal protection and the IP index have been improved to ensure optimal performance in extreme applications such as vacuum brazing, heating of aluminum solutions and water or gas soaking. The Datapaq TP3 recorder is being marketed alongside new durable heat shields that can be used with Datapaq's specialized temperature profile systems: Furnace Tracker for metalwork, Kiln Tracker for ceramics and Oven Tracker AutoPaq for the high-end paint hardening processes of the automotive equipment assembly market. Each profile creation solution includes Insight analytics software and application-friendly thermocouples.
