Beamex introduces a new after-sales service contract for its calibration equipment, the Beamex Care Plan, which maintains the level of accuracy and traceability of its equipment.
Purchasing calibration equipment is a significant investment, and it has a significant lifespan, but it requires periodic re-calibrations to maintain its level of accuracy and traceability. A portable process calibrator is often used in demanding industrial environments with a risk of damage to the equipment, which can cause repair costs and equipment downtime. How do you ensure that a calibrator is always accurate and how can you avoid unexpected repair costs?
Beamex has just launched an after-sales service contract for calibration equipment called Beamex Care Plan. It is a long-term after-sales service contract that includes periodic calibrations in order to maintain the level of precision of the equipment. It also includes an extended warranty and free repairs, even in case of accidental damage, as well as replacement of worn parts. In addition, it includes free shipment to and from Beamex's accredited calibration laboratory in Pietarsaari, Finland. The contract also includes several other useful services such as email notification of a planned calibration, priority service, support and possible firmware updates.
The Beamex Care Plan includes everything that maintains the level of accuracy and working order of its calibration equipment throughout its lifespan, with predictable costs.
During this first phase of launch, the Beamex Care Plan will be available in EU and EEA countries.
