The Q u bes i4 solution is the latest innovation from Creative IT. This is an industrial device (which takes the form of two clustered boxes) located in the factory and whose role is to ensure digital continuity between the company's global information system and flows from production sites (production monitoring functions, machine controllers, connected objects). This architecture ensures real-time synchronization of data with the corporate data center. “ Q u bes i4 thus becomes the backbone of the industrial information system of the future. The solution does not require any IT skills on the production sites; it is delivered with a complete service, from the provision of the material to the maintenance of all the software layers which it integrates, this via an Internet link between the cluster of the customer and the technical center of Creative IT. Updates but also remote interventions are thus facilitated, the customer not having to worry about infrastructure issues. "
In practice, this means that all production flows between Q u bes and machines are managed by the factory local network. In the event of a network outage, the production site can continue to operate its MES between 24 or 48 hours without any loss of data thanks to synchronization.
Q u bes i4 is also and above all the new brick of the Q u bes cloud offer, which will begin marketing in the fall of 2015. It thus makes it possible to meet the growing expectations of companies that are turning to the Cloud, while maintaining private access for security reasons for production applications. All it takes is a web browser to allow the customer to access the various features of the Q u bes application in the Cloud. In each of its factories, a Q u bes i4 cluster is installed to ensure communication with equipment, data feedback and critical MES functions of the plant. All production flows between Q u bes and machines are managed locally. In the event of a network failure, the plant is no longer blocked by IT. “ We are the first to be able to put a complete MES solution in the Cloud with immediate benefits for our customers in terms of flexibility and responsiveness.
