On Thursday, March 31, Gérard Larcher, President of the Senate, awarded 17 French companies for the performance of their management approaches according to the EFQM model of excellence. This important recognition came at the close of the first edition of Senate Business Day.
The Senate Business Delegation organized the first Business Day on March 31, 2016, as an extension of initiatives to encourage growth and employment in the territories. The end of the day, organized in partnership with the Afnor Group, allowed to share the factors of success observed in several successful companies.
The President of the Senate, Gérard Larcher, intervened to award diplomas to 17 companies selected for their management approach of excellence, already recognized according to the model EFQM - European Foundation for Quality Management.
Agility, leadership, the development of strategies integrating their stakeholders, team involvement, and continuous improvement of products and services are all commonalities for all these companies.
