Bruker Corporation and Digital Surf have announced that the data analysis and reporting software, Vision64 Map, will now be offered by Bruker Nano Surfaces across its full range of 3D optical microscopy systems. Based on Mountains technology, a platform developed by Digital Surf, Vision64 Map is an extension of Vision64 industry-leading instrument steering and analytics software.
The new software provides simplified access to automated reporting for advanced surface measurement, in 11 languages, while ensuring compatibility with many industry standards.
Vision64 Map software opens up new horizons and provides more complete visualization of 3D surfaces as well as data analyzed with Bruker's 3D optical microscopes. A complete workflow, including automatic acquisition and data analysis is now available In addition to a powerful data visualization and reporting tool. A wide range of tools dedicated to image enhancement allows the optimal representation of the details of the elements studied.
Powerful enough to allow expert users to access customizable and advanced functions, the software is easy to use for production control on manufacturing lines.
For example, the measurement results of several samples can easily be mapped and the user can determine critical, positive and negative limits for trend analysis and production control.
The software also allows users to characterize surfaces in accordance with the latest metrology standards, including ISO, ASME B46.1, DIN, JIS and their counterparts in other parts of the world.
