Bruker Corporation and Digital Surf have announced that, from now on, Vision64 Map data analysis and reporting software will be offered by Bruker Nano Surfaces across its entire range of 3D optical microscopy systems. Based on the Mountains technology platform developed by Digital Surf, Vision64 Map is an extension of the industry-leading Vision64 instrument control and analysis software.
The new software offers simplified access to automated reporting for advanced surface measurement, in 11 languages, while ensuring compatibility with numerous industry standards.
The Vision64 Map software opens up new horizons, offering a more complete visualization of 3D surfaces and data analyzed with Bruker 3D optical microscopes. A complete workflow, including automatic data acquisition and analysis, is now available. This is complemented by a powerful data visualization and reporting tool. A wide range of tools dedicated to image enhancement enables optimal representation of the details of the elements studied.
Powerful enough to give expert users access to advanced, customizable functions, the software is nevertheless easy to use for production line control.
For example, measurement results from multiple samples can be easily mapped, and the user can determine critical positive and negative limits for trend analysis and production control.
The software also enables users to characterize surfaces in compliance with the latest metrology standards, including ISO, ASME B46.1, DIN, JIS and their equivalents in other parts of the world.
