The Alzette-Belval public development establishment (EPA) is looking to identify innovations in order to set up a "demonstrator for integrated stormwater management on former industrial wastelands".
In this context, Hydreos and EPA Alzette-Belval are carrying out a sourcing process via a call for expressions of interest.
EPA Alzette-Belval's mission is to implement the development of the Alzette-Belval territory within the perimeter of the Operation of National Interest (OIN). As part of the "Investissements d'Avenir" program, the EPA Alzette-Belval will receive funding from the "City of Tomorrow" program for innovative projects on the theme of sustainable cities over the period 2016-2020.
As part of the development of the Micheville site (Audun-le-Tiche / Villerupt), the EPA will design the green spaces on this site to create a pleasant living environment and address the issues of preserving biodiversity and adapting to climate change.
A demonstrator for integrated stormwater management on former industrial wasteland is planned as part of the partnership between the EPA and the HYDREOS competitiveness cluster.
Water and soil metrology is one of the project's areas of innovation.
