The SFPI Group's Neu air handling division is strengthened by the acquisition of Danish company JKF Industri A/S. The acquisition of JKF Industri A/S represents a major strategic development for NEU, with the manufacture of a comprehensive range of air handling equipment, a high level of research and development, and a significant presence in some of NEU's most buoyant sectors.
Today, Neu offers its customers comprehensive support for all their industrial needs that can be met by air treatment techniques.
Throughout production lines, Neu ensures both process optimization and operator protection. Its techniques (pneumatic conveying, ventilation, dedusting, filtration) optimize productivity and protect employees, equipment, indoor air quality and the environment outside the workshop. They also guarantee the safety of production areas and operators, protecting them from the explosion risks inherent in certain types of dust.
By acquiring 98 % shares in JKF Industri A/S, a Danish company specializing in the manufacture of dust collection equipment and installations for all types of industry, with plants in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia, Neu will benefit from complementary products, markets and geographical areas in this business, which will enable it to increase its European leadership.
JKF Industri A/S has developed a comprehensive and innovative range of fans, filters, dust collectors and ducts from which Neu, an expert in air technology, can source its applications.
JKF Industri A/S also has a strong presence in the food and wood industries, two sectors in which NEU is also particularly well established, but with different applications and geographical areas.
Finally, JKF Industri A/S will enable NEU to sell its products through its well-established sales organization in Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Baltic States, Poland, etc., while synergies will be strengthened in other countries such as Indonesia, where Neu has already built major installations for Bogasari, the world's leading flour producer.
