With simplified use, the new Metrix DOX 2000B series table oscilloscopes have many acquisition and analysis features, as well as multiple communication interfaces.
Simple and effective
Designed for laboratory use, the DOX 2000B is nonetheless compact, transportable and easy to use.
Their 16/9 panoramic color TFT display offers a resolution of 800×480 pixels.
The user has the option to customize the display: choice between normal, persistent display, YT or XY format, color adjustment, graticule, brightness, contrast... The IHM's menus come in 5 selectable languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German). Traditional controls for navigation and access to settings are available in the front (rotating buttons and backlit keys).
There are also BNC connectors for both measurement pathways, as well as a dedicated external trigger lane and 1 signal for probe calibration. To optimize memory capacity, the "USB HOST" communication port allows USB key recordings. It also connects an isolated probe for current measurement, such as Chauvin Arnoux's MH60 probe.
Performing
The DOX 2000B Series oscilloscopes have an extended memory of 2MB as well as multiple acquisition and analysis modes with advanced trigger functions. With bandwidths ranging from 25 MHz to 100 MHz on 2 lanes, a sampling frequency of 2 Ge/s and a waveform memory with a maximum capacity of 1 Mpts/channel (2 Mpts in interlaced mode), the DOX 2000B offers the best compromise price price of oscscopeillos with protective earth.
The display allows 32 measurements to be viewed simultaneously with the measuring dashboard.
The analysis is facilitated by the 32 standard automatic measurements that can be selected or refined with trace-related or non-trace-related measurement sliders. The wide range of advanced time-settings allows for a comparison between signals on two separate channels and a zoom. For further analysis, the DOX 2000B has 5 mathematical functions for real-time analysis on two different displays: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and FFT. With all these features, the DOX2000B are adapted to the needs of design offices, research and development laboratory, and thus meet the needs of manufacturers, technical education for:
> development - the development of prototypes
> controls - tests in production
> the electronic troubleshooting in the workshop....
Practice
Instant visualization of the measurement result is achieved through the built-in success/failure mask test, which makes identifying problems on a quick and simple signal. This Pass/Fail function allows you to track the evolution of signals, to observe whether the input signal is inside or around a defined template or not. Dox 2000B incorporates selectable digital filters to prevent noise from a high- and low-frequency signal from disrupting the trigger. For slow recordings, ROLL and RECORDER modes allow for continuous, real-time monitoring.
Communication - software
In the back, usb and RJ45 (Ethernet) ports allow communication with a PC via EASYSCOPE software for piloting, testing and recovery of trace files and screen copies.
