Renewal of clearance for on-site monitoring of counting devices
Measurements made by the counting devices are used to calculate the charge. This is why they must undergo regular metrological control nine years after their first commissioning or seven years after their last diagnosis.
Benefits
-
Secure and simple:
The procedure is carried out by a qualified Endress-Hauser technician
The device remains mounted and no configuration changes are made
The test results are processed and printed in the form of a certificate validated by the relevant authorities. -
Saving time and money:
The test lasts only one hour, while a bench calibration results in several days of immobilization.
On-site monitoring of counting devices at the point of collection
Increasing pressure on the resource requires reasoned and integrated management and counting devices for all water withdrawals from the resource that must be estimated or measured.
Most flow meters are mechanical, but for accuracy and stability issues over time, several thousand electromagnetic flow meters have also been installed in the following applications:
-
Water withdrawal for drinking water production
-
Water withdrawal for industry
-
Water withdrawal for irrigation
These measures are used to calculate royalties, which is why they must be subject to regular metrological control.
Endress-Hauser is authorised by the Water Agencies
The decree of 19 December 2011 on the measurement of water withdrawals and the moderators of the basis for calculating the basis of the levy on the resource levy, specifies the methods of control of the counting devices. Article 5 of this decree specifies the possibility that an agency authorized to carry out technical checks will carry out this diagnosis on site.
The qualification of the technicians, the quality of the control procedures and its numerous references have enabled Endress-Hauser France to be able to carry out these checks.
This authorization is valid for the entire French territory.
