This acquisition reflects the Sauermann Group's commitment to developing its technologies and investments on a US platform. It also unquestionably increases its R&D, manufacturing, service and warehousing capabilities in the USA, on the American continent and worldwide.
Based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, E Instruments International designs and manufactures instrumentation solutions focused on emissions control, combustion analysis and indoor air quality. With production facilities in the United States and Europe, the company sells its solutions worldwide to the industrial, HVAC, commercial and institutional markets.
