Microrective: Zeiss' historic customer at the forefront of innovation
A leader in high-precision machining and grinding, this 40-person SME wants to anticipate market developments and for this, it wanted to mark the occasion by investing in the most accurate three-dimensional machine in the world: the Zeiss Xenos. The head of Microrectif and Micromec, Mr. Chatain, advocates perpetual innovation to be at the forefront of the rectification, machining, milling and metrology markets. Microrectif has already acquired five machines from the brand before confirming its loyalty by initiating, in May 2017, its investment project on the Zeiss Xenos machine and a new state-of-the-art laboratory.
This acquisition is a first in France and thus allows the French industry to acquire an exceptional three-dimensional measuring machine.
The opening of the machine is planned in Saint-Étienne at Microrectif's premises during the first quarter of 2019.
