Founded in 1992 and PJLA ISO / CEI 17025 accredited, MATsolutions offers calibration services in the electrical, dimensional, optical and physical fields. At the same time, the company markets second-hand test and measurement equipment after repair and refurbishment. MATsolutions employs 24 people and achieved sales of $ 6.5 million in 2017, mainly in the telecom, electronics and aeronautics sectors.

Founded in 1996, NorthLab is a metrology service provider based in Singapore and Malaysia (Selangor and Labuan). Its laboratories are SAC-SINGLAS (ISO / CEI 17025) and SAMM (ISO / CEI 17025) accredited. NorthLab, which caters to the petrochemical, shipbuilding and engineering industries, employs 90 people and has a turnover of 4 million euros. Two of the four founders, Sunil Nair and Vaidyanathan Srikrishnan, will remain in office to ensure the development of the activity.

Guillaume Caroit, Deputy CEO of Trescal: “ These two acquisitions demonstrate our desire to aggressively develop our presence in North America and Asia; we are targeting sales of 30 million euros in South-East Asia with double-digit organic growth and 3 or 4 additional acquisitions by 2019. "

These are the fifth and sixth acquisitions made since the acquisition of Trescal by Omers, the main shareholder of the Trescal group.
