Testia, an Airbus subsidiary specializing in aerostructure inspection services and tools, was awarded the V.I.E Enterprises Grand Prix in the ETI category (intermediate-sized enterprises), in the presence of Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Secretary of State for the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs. The event, organized by Medef, Business France and the CECs, represented the 3rd edition of this ceremony which celebrates, every two years, the successes of companies within the V.I.E. programme.
Created by Business France, the V.I.E is a program that allows young French people to go abroad on behalf of French companies. Testia has made a special use of this program in 2018-2019 by recruiting three technical and commercial companies for the Uk, Canada and Singapore.
In particular, the company was commended for its commitment to its young recruits, the warm welcome it gave them and the quality of their missions. The organizers also praised The confidence that Testia has placed in its V.I.E. and the blatant enthusiasm of everyone to take part in this adventure.
"The prize goes to Testia as a whole. I believe that the success of this program would not have been so strong without the cooperation of all our employees who supported our V.I.E. by offering them training and advice to help them carry out their missions in the best conditions," said David Rottembourg, CEO of Testia.
Their Manager, Teddy Canadas, Sales Manager, also praised his team for its great successes. "I'm very proud of them. They have contributed tremendously to our overall strategy and helped to grow our development and sales in their respective regions. I thank them for their energy and enthusiasm and look forward to continuing to work with them! He said.
"The position we were given is a very challenging challenge; I particularly appreciate the diversity of my assignments as well as the confidence of my manager who leaves me a lot of autonomy," said Maxime, a technical salesman in Singapore.
Testia has since hosted another V.I.E in charge of Spain.
