Couple: a benchmark presented by Acteam on Measurement World

Trescal highlights its subsidiary Acteam, a specialist in precision screwing, at the International Metrology Congress and Measurement World.
Acteam will present on the Trescal stand its reference bench in the field of couple, developed within the company. This bench performs certified verification and calibration services for dynamometric keys following the new version of ISO6789:2017 parts 1 and 2. The calibration uncertainty is 0.75.10-2.C.
Angle verification and calibration services (not accredited) can also be performed. Highly modular, it can be adapted to all sensors on the market and is automatic from 0.1 N.m to 1,500 N.m. The Acteam bench is small and lightweight thanks to aluminium profiles (a weight of 40 kg and 1000-650-500 cm).
In addition to not requiring maintenance it is resolutely turned to relieve the operator. Indeed, the non-reversible trapezoid geometry of the screw allows to transmit a high axial load while preserving the operator.
To support and improve productivity, Acteam has developed software that enables, among other things, the execution of verification and calibration campaigns, the management of the database, as well as the realization and automatic generation of certificates.
It will be presented at the Trescal booth (Hall 4 - booth H36) from September 24 to 26.
