Serving competitiveness and customer satisfaction
The elm.leblanc plant in Drancy (93), which employs 350 people, operates in a competitive internal and external environment. The site is constantly reinventing itself to optimize its competitiveness, defend its jobs and develop new skill centers. The rebirth of this factory was built through the development of digital technologies, IoT and data, put at the service of continuous improvement and innovation. The company bases its vision of the “Industry of the Future” on the permanent optimization of the performance, reliability and quality of its products to meet the expectations of its customers as closely as possible. This philosophy is reflected in the implementation of concrete achievements used on a daily basis such as self-guided vehicles, collaborative robots or digital solutions.
People at the heart of the process
The approach supported by elm.leblanc combines digital transformation tools and respect for the individual within the production unit. In this industry of the future, “strengthening the place of man at the center of these systems is essential for us. Indeed, we must support this change by transforming our organizations and our management systems. This is one of the fundamental pillars of our DNA, ”says Philippe Laforge.
