The MMS Group, which brings together the JRI and CIET companies, experts in wireless traceability and cold chain monitoring solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries, is pursuing its development plan and has announced the acquisition of Naocom, a specialist in temperature traceability and geolocation. By joining forces with Naocom, the MMS Group is expanding its expertise and solutions dedicated to the transport sector. This represents a strategic acquisition for the transport sector, with real-time monitoring of the cold chain integrating geolocation solutions, parcel tracking and temperature-sensitive products...
JRI and Naocom had already been long-standing partners through a commercial cooperation for the distribution of Naocom's transport solution. Both companies' current solutions will be maintained for customers in France. Their international presence will be strengthened through JRI's network of partners. In a second phase, the two software platforms JRI-MySirius and Naocom-NaoTemp will converge towards a single platform integrating today's product ranges and new connected solutions. As part of this operation, all Naocom shareholders, including Méliés Business Angel, are transferring their entire share capital to JRI. Laure Reversat, co-founder of Naocom, becomes a shareholder in the MMS-JRI-Naocom-CIET group, alongside the management team (Pascal Vermeersch, Eric Cartalas, André Grezel, Arnaud Daveau, Rémi Moreau and other managers) as well as Alliance Entreprendre and Caisse d'Epargne Île-de-France Capital Investissement.
