HBM offers an EHEDG ( European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group ) certified load cell. The PW37P sensor meets the highest hygienic standards, and is suitable for food packaging applications, including filling, weighing or aseptic packaging of food and beverage products.

Offering capacities of 50, 100 and 200 kg, the PW37 complements the PW27 model (10-20 kg) and allows - for the first time - the aseptic weighing of very large loads.

With a sturdy design and stainless steel structure, the PW37P can withstand use in humid environment and resist strong chemicals. Its perfectly smooth outer shell is impermeable to liquids and allows easy cleaning of impurities.

It also offers multi-range class C3 precision (OIML certified), with a Y of up to 25,000 in its PW37PY version, a characteristic that allows the user to perform high precision measurements.

In addition, the standard mounting dimensions of the PW37P associated with its M12 type connectors simplify its integration into a large number of applications in the food industry. A range of suitable cables that comply with hygiene standards are also available.
