The Sud-Est Electronics Forum, the exhibition for innovation, imaging and electronic solutions, was held in Avignon on September 29, 30 and October 1, during Sepem Industries, showing complementarity exhibiting know-how, as well as regional opportunities to bring together manufacturers in the electronics sector and other industrial user sectors.
This joint 2020 edition gave positive signals of a resumption of physical exchanges between industrialists, despite a timid attendance (1,029 qualified industrialists), in a particular economic and health context.
“Despite the difficult economic context, discussions with exhibitors and visitors have been very beneficial for our digital sector,” says Ludwig Ferren, president of the VPN association (Vaucluse Pro Numérique).
During the electronics afternoons, the following topics were discussed: "What approaches, what support and what solutions to support the Industry of the future?" "," IoT at the service of industry ". The videos of the conferences are available on Youtube.
The other highlights of the show: “the digital transformation in the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region” with the participation of the SCS cluster and Cap Tronic; “Digital technology and its training in industry”, an event organized by the La Salle vocational school in partnership with the Vaucluse Pro Numérique cluster and the companies Waya Tech and Brad Technology.
The next meetings of the Electronics Forum in the regions are the Toulouse Electronics Forum, June 1, 2 and 3, 2021 as well as the Angers Electronics Forum, October 12, 13 and 14, 2021. These exhibitions will be held in parallel with Sepem Industries Sud-Ouest and Center Ouest.
