ABB's Connected Services consist of five services: condition monitoring and diagnostics, backup management, remote access, fleet assessment and asset optimization. Each connected service offers specific benefits that help improve performance and productivity, rapidly reducing maintenance and production costs.
Connected services are available via the MyRobot web application. This application provides customers and ABB service with actionable information via an intuitive user interface. They guarantee a faster response time of 60 % and reduce incidents by up to 25 %.
In addition to service contracts, ABB offers training courses for its customers. These courses can be led by a specialist on site or at ABB training centers. Digital tools such as RobotStudio® also help with learning.
