Tecnatom France sells its ultrasonic probe manufacturing business to Ekoscan. This transaction, dated September 27, 2023, will enable Ekoscan, a company specializing in the manufacture of NDT probes, to expand its range of probes by integrating Tecnatom France's leading-edge products.
This transfer includes all the equipment and technologies used by Tecnatom France for the design, testing and manufacture of ultrasonic transducers.
Tecnatom France and Ekoscan have drawn up a detailed protocol for the transfer of the above-mentioned capacities. As of September 27, 2023, Ekoscan is responsible for the completion and final delivery of outstanding orders, and assumes all inherent responsibilities and guarantees.
