The partner of Opton Laser, Photon etc. uses its expertise in infrared by expanding its offer for preclinical imaging applications in the 2nd biological window Nir-II with 2 new instruments.

ClaIR

ClaIR is a microplate reader in the Nir-II. It records fluorescence from 900 nm to 1600 nm and transmittance from 500 nm to 1600 nm. Using the included software, the ClaIR plate reader can be used in a variety of kinetic and equivalence point analysis applications. The instrument comes with your favorite laser excitation sources that can be complemented by a high-power tunable light source. To extend the capabilities of in vivo measurements, a benchtop probe is available as an option.

• Absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy
• Microplates from 1 to 1536 wells, defined by the user
• Adjustable height from bottom to halfway up the shaft

IRina

The IRina in vivo spectral probe can provide spectral measurements in the entire Nir-II range. Ideal for measuring fluorescence emission from nanosensors or new dyes, its small form factor and ergonomic tabletop design allow easy measurement inside small live animals or thick tissues. Thanks to the included PHySpec software, multiple acquisitions and time series are easy to acquire and analyze.

• Quantify photonic emission and spectral shift of biosensors in real time
• 5nm spectral resolution
• Spectral sampling ~1.6nm
