These new small (business card size) modules are high-performance ultrasonic measurement tools for on-board ultrasonic applications. They enable industrial and laboratory professionals to carry out measurements and detect defects more rapidly.
Depending on users' needs and constraints, the family of modules can be adapted to any type of application: thickness control, weld defect detection, porosity detection or composite delamination.
The "110 family" meets the needs of pipe/tube/sheet metal inspection, process monitoring, working at height and US mapping (manual or automated carrier).
These tools are perfectly suited to research and training centers: easy-to-implement practical work, Young's modulus calculation, data export, Fourier transforms, wavelet filtering or algorithmic integration.

The UTC-110 module has been optimized to reduce the size of the housing. The system is now capable of working in echo or transmit mode, and has a bandwidth of 22 MHz. The UCT-110's ease of use and IP65 enclosure make it ideal for use in the toughest industrial and defense environments (work or production environments in damp zones, or in contact with large quantities of water). Several UTC-110 modules can also be synchronized with each other. Application TOFD control on manual or automated carriers.
The system 110-LAN is controlled via a Gigabit Ethernet port, enabling the ultrasonic generator to be located more than 100 m from the computer. The Ethernet link (1000 Base-T, 50 Mb/s) enables all A-scan data to be stored, even at high measurement speeds. Application integration on robotic arm for thickness measurement during metal machining.
