With all competitors improving their processes and becoming increasingly innovative, ACO wanted to improve its level of quality control. Its objective was to change its ways of doing things and introduce a new measurement platform in order to have the best technical verification system at the cutting edge of technology. ACO wanted to anticipate and stay one step ahead of its competitors' cutting-edge technologies. According to Guillaume Bouttier, ACO's technical delegate: " We compared the different solutions we were offered, and the most competitive solution was absolutely the Creaform system. "Creaform's project and technologies offered more possibilities in terms of control and the opportunity to do more and go into more detail with the measurement processes. Creaform also offered a wide range of quality control possibilities. Not only was the team able to evaluate all the cars within the required timeframe, it was also able to ensure greater accuracy and an easy-to-use handheld device, key points in ACO's decision.
