Cofrend has just announced that the Cofrend Days scheduled for May 2020 have been postponed to December. François Champigny, president of Cofrend sent the following press release:
" Following the escalation of the COVID-19 in France and in the world, the members of the Steering Committee of the COFREND 2020 Days have validated the decision to postpone the Congress, which will now be held from December 8 to 10, 2020 at the Parc Chanot in Marseille.
This difficult decision, dictated by the most recent events, was not taken lightly and the Steering Committee will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the highest quality.
The original format of the event will be maintained. Every effort will be made to ensure that the entire NDT Profession can meet December 8 to 10 with the same energy and make the 2020 edition a real success.
COFREND is aware of the inconvenience that this postponement may cause you, but the general interest and public health come first.
