Eureka Industries offers technical training courses for companies whose employees are spread out over distant sites and have a common training problem, for companies who no longer want to move their employees or who want to move them less for training courses, or for companies who want to benefit from short, targeted training courses on specific points. The courses are led by a trainer who is actually on the line with the trainees.
These courses use the same principle as online conferences, during which learners can simultaneously see and listen to the trainer, view his or her documents and presentations, watch demonstrations in real time, intervene and ask questions just as they would in a classroom course.
