The 1er July 2018, Trescal SA has signed a partnership agreement with the manufacturer Sefram, number 1 in the sale of recorders in France. This 3-year renewable contract covers the adjustment of the brand's recorders and acquisition systems.
"This agreement with Trescal will enable us to provide a better service to our customers and meet the demand for maintenance of our data loggers on industrial sites. It's a very important contract for us, and one that we hope to extend to the European and American markets in the future.says Roger Marenthier, Sefram's Sales and Marketing Director.
Trescal technicians will be trained directly by Sefram, and will roll out the fitting method to all Trescal network agencies, notably in France, Morocco and Tunisia.
Customers will benefit from the metrology specialist's autonomy in carrying out these adjustments (on site or in the laboratory), and will thus benefit from reduced lead times and costs, without prolonged downtime for their equipment.
