The general meeting of Réseau Mesure was held on June 29 in Cergy. Nineteen directors now make up the association's Board of Directors and new Executive Committee, which has appointed Claunel Massies as Chairman, representing Wika. He will be surrounded by three vice-presidents, Martine Failly, representing Blet Measurement Group, Marc-Robert Henrard, president of Navimet and Patrick Robert, president of Syrtem, as well as Jacques Marionneau as treasurer and Christophe Bracon as secretary, representing Kobold and Wimesure respectively.
Claunel Massiès, 53, originally trained in mechanics and industrial automation, is a MG graduate of Essec Business School.
Claunel Massies joined the Wika Group in 2010 as Managing Director of Wika Instruments. He was subsequently appointed president of the group's various acquisitions in France, always with the same objective of federating and optimizing operational efficiency, including sales development in France and French-speaking African countries.
At the beginning of 2021, Claunel Massies took over responsibility for the Wika Group's distribution policy as Vice President Distribution EMEA/India.
Before joining Wika, Claunel Massies was behind the establishment of the SMC Pneumatique group in France, where he worked for almost 20 years and held various sales management positions.
The objective of the Mesure Network is to guarantee to its members a plan of targeted, pragmatic and effective mutualized actions for all and thus to accompany them in their development.
The Measurement Network must be an operational player for the profession, in particular through communication, know-how enhancement, shared purchasing, commercial development or information and awareness actions.
The priorities of the Réseau Mesure remain unchanged, and Claunel Massies wishes to maintain a close relationship with its members, to guarantee the implementation of an action plan in line with their expressed needs.
The quality of exchanges with the association's partners is also crucial to the deployment of effective collaborative synergies.
