A true production control tool, MTL offers a programming interface that is both easy to use and highly intuitive, guaranteeing immediate familiarity. The operator loads the part, selects the program and launches it via the machine console. With the "FULL SCAN" function, MTL checks the entire external profile of the part, static or dynamic, in just a few seconds (lengths, radii, angles, threads, concentricity, run-outs, etc.).
A clear display of the results, with green or red color coding, immediately indicates whether the measured part is in or out of tolerance. By clicking on the statistics or report icon, users can precisely monitor their batches of parts and print out a customized measurement report.

You'll be able to quickly validate production starts, save machine set-up time, reduce the number of scrapped parts, and make your operators' work easier, while making your process more secure through better traceability of the checks carried out.
The most technical :
- Improved ergonomics with vertical loading of the workpiece, clamped in place by an interlocking system. When the part is loaded, the machine moves into a safe position, preventing damage to any part.
- Machine design suitable for production use. The system features an on-board standard for real-time correction of measurement drifts according to ambient temperature. The measurement zone is isolated from the machine electronics by an air flow.
