The 1er septembre, l’Institut Polytechnique de Bordeaux est devenu effectivement Bordeaux INP !
Ce changement d’identité s’inscrit dans la nouvelle stratégie de développement de l’Établissement, qui met l’accent sur la recherche et les transferts de technologies. Les projets de Bordeaux INP sont nombreux afin de remplir des objectifs ambitieux d’ici 2017 :
- Support each of the 7 technology transfer platforms with an Industrial Chair;
- develop interactions between the activities carried out on these platforms, the structures hosted, the schools and the joint laboratories of Bordeaux INP;
- develop the visibility of these interactions and relationships with companies;
- become a major player in the innovation value chain.
Bordeaux INP already has 11 co-tutored laboratories and 7 technology transfer platforms, to which 2 more projects will be added this autumn:
- CATIE (Centre Aquitain des Technologies Informatiques et Electroniques): associated with the Aquitaine digital clusterDigital AquitaineCATIE will help local SMEs accelerate the development of their innovative products. Specialized in user-centered designIt will be a vehicle for disseminating this new concept to the region's manufacturers.
- FONTAULAB Bordeaux INP, represented by two of its schools, ENSC and ENSEIRB-MATMECA, is a founding member of the FontauLab association, initiated by the Bordeaux Unitec technology park. FontauLab is the 1st digital business gas pedal combining coworking space, Fab Labs and Living Labs.
FontauLab will enable companies to design and test innovative services or products directly with end-users in the early childhood, disability and healthcare sectors. silver economy.
