IRT Saint Exupéry (Toulouse), Criaq and Institut de valorisation des données (Montréal) sign collaboration agreement
On the occasion of the official visit by Philippe Couillard, Prime Minister of Quebec, the IRT Saint Exupéry, Criaq and the Institut de valorisation des données have signed a 5-year strategic partnership agreement in the fields of aeronautics, aerospace and embedded systems.
Three key players in academic and technological research sign a partnership agreement
The aim of the partnership agreement formalized between the three entities is to set up and develop annual or multi-year work programs and exchange activities in the aeronautics and aerospace fields.
Artificial intelligence will be at the heart of the first collaborative programs. In particular, the aim is to promote collaborative projects between industry and academia in France and Canada, and to encourage exchanges of young and experienced research personnel from both academia and industry.
This agreement will also enable us to develop cooperative links through strategic studies, joint courses, seminars and conferences.
To date, four manufacturers from the aeronautics, space and automotive industries, as well as two public bodies, are supporting this initiative. They will contribute to the definition and implementation of research programs.
