The body of the Prosonic Flow E 100 is made entirely of stainless steel, making it ideal for harsh conditions. Its construction allows measurement up to 25bar and 150°C. Prosonic Flow E 100 is the ideal flowmeter for measuring water flow in steam circuits. What's more, ultrasonic flow measurement ensures - irrespective of pressure and temperature conditions - high accuracy (±0.5%) and measurement dynamics (>200:1).
Integrated temperature measurement for greater efficiency
In steam systems, operators place great importance on optimizing energy efficiency and costs. As a multivariable flowmeter, Prosonic Flow E 100 doesn't just measure flow. It can also measure the temperature of the fluid, such as condensate returning to the boiler. This enables the temperature of the feed water to be constantly monitored, which translates into boiler efficiency.
Web server - direct access to on-site data
The Proline 100 transmitter is equipped with a web server as standard. Using a standard Ethernet cable and a laptop, users have direct, comprehensive access to all the device's diagnostic and configuration data - without the need for additional software. This enables targeted, time-saving maintenance.

Another important element is Heartbeat Technology. Integrated into all Proline devices, this control function enables continuous self-diagnosis, extensive monitoring of measured values and certified, traceable verification during operation.
