Developed by Trescal, Adveso is an innovative and turnkey solution to manage and optimize the metrological activity of companies. This solution for managing the fleet of measuring instruments is constantly evolving to meet the challenges of companies, large groups and SMEs.
Inventory of the park, monitoring and planning of future interventions according to predetermined control periodicities. With Adveso, Trescal puts its expertise at the service of its customers and any company in need of a metrological fleet management solution.
For Trescal customers, Adveso offers real-time instrument tracking. Documents generated following an intervention are automatically updated in the customer's Adveso software. "When an instrument proves to be non-compliant, an anomaly report is published and solutions are proposed to treat the malfunction,"says Corinne Pinsard, Head of Management At Trescal.
The most of the solution: a report generator adapted, in particular, to the management of load schedules as well as a set of configurable features. Four packages are available according to the needs of each client: Adveso Easy (consultation and monitoring of the outstanding amounts of each instrument), Adveso Essential (creation of instruments, creation and planning of interventions, etc.), Adveso Advanced (creation and management of user profiles, definition of reference libraries, etc.), and Adveso Ultimate. Equipped with a booking and rental module, this last module aims to meet a need for pooling between the sites or services of companies, in order to reduce their costs. For better integration, Adveso is also offered with APIs that allow customers to interface with third-party applications.
An innovative solution
The software solution is already used by many major players in all areas of the industry. It is available in SaaS mode (hosting by Trescal) or in on-premise mode (hosting at the customer's premises), Adveso will soon have its mobile version. "Many customers need a basic version of the software to consult the instrument sheets and learn about the follow-up of interventions. To meet these needs, a simple scan of the barcode of the device will make it possible to have information on a mobile application accessible on smartphone or tablet,"says Corinne Pinsard.
In constant evolution, new functionalities will soon be available: an authorized supplier monitoring, an internal supplier quality monitoring, and by June 2022, an evolution of the graphical monitoring of measurements on instruments to predict their drift, refine the periodicity of interventions and reduce the costs incurred.
"The software is also evolving significantly for players in the pharmaceutical industry subject to FDA regulatory constraints. Adveso will soon be validated in accordance with the requirements of 21 CFR part 11, "insistsCorinne Pinsard.
