Developed by Trescal, Adveso is an innovative, turnkey solution for managing and optimizing companies' metrology activities. This measuring instrument fleet management solution is constantly evolving to meet the needs of both large corporations and SMEs.
Inventory, monitoring and planning of future interventions according to predetermined inspection intervals. With Adveso, Trescal puts its expertise at the service of its customers and any company in need of a metrological asset management solution.
For Trescal customers, Adveso offers real-time instrument tracking. Documents generated following an intervention are automatically updated in the customer's Adveso software. "When an instrument is found to be non-compliant, an anomaly report is issued and solutions are proposed to remedy the malfunction.says Corinne Pinsard, Trescal's management offer manager.
The solution's plusses: a report generator adapted, in particular, to the management of load schedules, as well as a set of configurable functionalities. Four packages are available, depending on each customer's needs: Adveso Easy (consultation and monitoring of work-in-progress for each instrument), Adveso Essential (creation of instruments, creation and planning of interventions, etc.), Adveso Advanced (creation and management of user profiles, definition of reference libraries, etc.), and Adveso Ultimate. Featuring a reservation and rental module, the latter is designed to meet the need for pooling between company sites or departments, with a view to reducing costs. For enhanced integration, Adveso is also available with APIs, enabling customers to interface with third-party applications.
An innovative solution
The software solution is already used by many major players in all fields of industry. It is available in Saas mode (hosted by Trescal) or in on-premise mode (hosted by the customer), and Adveso will soon be available in a mobile version. "Many customers need a basic version of the software to consult instrument data sheets and find out about service tracking. To meet these needs, a simple scan of the instrument's barcode will make the information available on a mobile application accessible on a smartphone or tablet."says Corinne Pinsard.
Constantly evolving, new functionalities will soon be available: monitoring of authorized suppliers, internal supplier quality monitoring, and by June 2022, an evolution of graphic monitoring of instrument measurements to predict drift, refine the frequency of interventions and reduce costs.
"The software is also evolving in important ways for players in the pharmaceutical industry subject to FDA regulatory constraints. Adveso will soon be validated in accordance with the requirements of 21 CFR part 11".insists Corinne Pinsard.
